About Us

Nature Coast Real Estate School began serving the educational needs of real estate professionals in 2001.

The Business and Financial education course curriculum, combined with the state-required courses, provide a superior education demanded by today’s buyers and sellers of real estate.

We have four classroom locations in Pasco and Hernando County. Serving the central Florida cities of Brooksville, Spring Hill, Hudson, Port Richey, New Port Richey, and Land O’ Lakes.

We offer classroom and online courses for Pre-Licensing of Florida Real Estate Sales Associates and Real Estate Brokers. We also offer classroom courses for Post-Licensing for Real Estate Sales Associates, Real Estate Brokers, and Continuing Education for Real Estate Sales and Broker licensees.

Finally, we offer Sales Associate Continuing Education as a correspondence course.
